I saw the same eye doctor as last year and told him that I dont wear the glasses from last year bc I didn’t like the prescription and he was like “you know you could’ve come in and had it fixed no problem. Why didn’t you do that?” Bc I’m mentally ill and I don’t like bringing stuff back when there’s an issue

I’ve had bad insomnia for weeks but suddenly I come down to San Diego and I can sleep 9 hours straight. It’s a miracle

It’s my birthday and somehow I’m the last to know what dinners gonna be. I know I said I was down for whatever but a heads up would be nice

so I’m going to see my doctor this week and filled out whatever mental health questionnaire they need me to and apparently me having poor sleep and poor appetite is a red flag and I got a message that said that they’ll help me get into therapy and treatment. I’m already in weekly therapy and seeing a psychiatrist but my clinic doesn’t think so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

we hung out with my mom's friend that she met through my school stuff and i havent seen her in like 10+ years but it was great. it was a bit weird that we're just talking like adults and shes like so what are you up to and i freeze and start to explain and shes like you dont need to explain it to me, i get it. just hearing "you dont need to explain" makes me wanna cry bc theres so many people that i have to explain whats going on with my brain to and its so nice to not have to for once and be okay. we were also gossiping about other people in our circle like i got way more where that came from
