Antique porcelaine salt shaker in the shape of a Kewpie angel. Made in Japan, maker unknown. Given to me by my mother, likely acquired near Cleveland, Ohio.

A soft sculpture by Chelsey Donis of Yellow Koi Studios. Purchased in Columbus, Ohio. I call him Jeremy, and he has a pocket on his back containing a magic sea shell.

Necklace Maker unknown, acquired from a villager in the Manu nature preserve in Peru. Made from native seeds, Howler monkey teeth.

Maker unknown. Acquired in Copacabana, Bolivia from a street vendor on the shore of Lake Titticaca. Made of seeds and carved bone of unknown origin, most likely locally made.

Collection of necklaces purchased from during a trip to Peru and Bolivia in 2007. Dimensions: 14-18in Made of various seeds, monkey teeth and bone.

The detail in this piece is pretty astounding.

"Honey Bear" by Cassia Lupo 9" x 12" colored pencil, acrylic ink The second I saw this, I knew it needed to live with me. It's so detailed, you can get lost in it.
