“i’m glad we both feel the same about our mothers. We’re lucky to have good relationships with them,” he says, tapping the pen on the clipboard, “it’s disappointing when hardships break familial bonds, but sometimes situations can’t be helped.” something he’d been telling himself a lot recently, images of his father dancing behind his eyes.
Jin laughs, “the last airbender is something i never want to be reminded of.” he starts scribbling again, thinking of some of the worse movies he’s seen, “ah, i didn’t see them in theaters, but pixel and the forest were so bad.” he frowns, glancing at her, “i get pissed just thinking about them.”
“It really is a shame when it happens,” she said softly slowly chipping the nail polish off her finger “I don’t know what I’d do without my family”
“I still can’t believe he has a second airbender movie in the works” she groaned shaking her head “the forest I liked, but I sat there and laughed through both Blair Witch movies”
