Probably my favorite minor character in Master detective archives: raincode, I wanted to draw Waruna in a casual fit for a while, but have been putting it off.

I pulled in some Lolita inspiration from her mystery phantom design(which is probably one of the better ones in the game~!) And the logo was inspired by the loading screen trivia "waruna feeds alley cats by the river banks." Love that shes kinda a "tough girl with a lot of empathy"

Oh, and the little last name i added "Stormbreaker" is from the "Raincode new game plus" series on ao3, which is a rewrite of the game if certain characters didn't die. Its real fun, check it out if youre interested!

And im sure since raincode is probably the middlechild of Kodaka's games, 90% of my audience has no idea what im talking about! :D

Three whole years now... It's honestly kinda crazy. Just a few years ago I was pre-ordering a new Kodaka game, and now it's become one of my favorite things ever. A lot has changed in that time, but Rain Code will forever have its place in my heart ❤️
