Rise. Last one of night before evening practice. A couple of nights ago I was having tea with Khenpo-la in Woodstock and we were discussing different practices of physical yoga (Himalayan mountain vs. The shores of India for ex) when out of no where, Khenpo turned to me and said, "You know, boyfriends are okay. You just need to stop giving your power away." Slap and then right back to yoga talk. Nevermind that we've never discussed my relationships, Khenpo is calling for a different kind of love in my life. May I rise. May we rise.

I tried to skip out on chenrenik ...Khenpo-la guilt tripped me. But glad I went.

My karma yoga was cleaning the shrine rooms and sacred library.clearly, I was not ecstatic... Lol

Hair status. It happened.

This wasp wrecked havoc in the seminar this morning ... And then it just randomly fell and died.

When Rinpoche went to cut a piece of my hair for the refuge vows, he giggled. I looked up at him and we laughed until Lama Karma Dondrob started to laugh with us.
