According to Mochijun's twitter post, this month, we will got a special short chapter (her assistant forget to put the information last month to the last page), but next month she will work on Vol. 10, so no chapter. BUT, I wonder what is that Vol. 10 (with special edition) listed for April on JP Amazon, if she's not ready with that...April joke?

I've just listened the previews and I don't recommend listening the last 4 song if you don't want to be spoiled. They are gorgeous by the way. Those who are okay with that: if you want to save her -> I already can see their fight with this up-tempo bad ass song!!

Guys, it was a feast....a FEAST, OKAY!? Now, it is confirmed that Vanitas saw himself in Jeanne. She's also someone who doesn't want to lose herself and be killed by someone before that...Don't misunderstand me, I love all ships, Vanitas x Jeanne and the chemistry of Vanoe and we get ALL of them in general. But this chapter is as I said, a FEAST!!! I think everyone got what he/she wanted. I don't know how to go from here and what was that panel with Astolfo and Olivier...extra chapter for vol. 10, maybe? I really hope they close the anime with this chapter. It all makes more sense. Now, here's the question: - we still don't know why Vanitas can't forgive to Luna - we all know Mochijun's cliffhangers and plot twists, so I don't think Noe will kill Vanitas as he wants, or why should he regret it? There's something more...maybe he could be saved but Noe realize it later? All is left is my tears...

Okay, I was surprised about the pacing, I didn't expect Astolfo's past to be explained this deep. I don't like him, but I understand that he's necessary to show how could Vanitas ended up, if he make a different choice in the past. BUT! I feel sorry for him because no matter how Bones nailed the fight scene, his face was meh all the time, so I pray for the Blu-ray version to be fixed. I understand budget is gone somewhere, but hey, from the second cour, quality is not maintained compared to the first half. This is just my opinion. I'm hyped for 86 now, but there are problems there too for the last 6(?) episode. Things I liked in this ep: - They included the scene with Luna, yesssss - Fight scene? not bad - I really love Jean-Jacques' personality and his expression - The scene in the beginning with Vanitas and Jeanne is purrfect, even the new OST (sorry if it was used before) - Yes, this is how you should wake up an injured man, Vanitas! The hiss in his voice in that scene...I love it! Meh: - Sorry, I'm tired of this BGM loop with the Alternation Device, I think it is my fault, because I was expecting a piano/organ melody like Lacie (Pandora Hearts), so I was waiting for some Vanitas piano medley in the spotlight - I hoped they would show Dante and Vanitas' first meeting, but no, shame - Olivier's funny? face is not my type, sorry again

After checking @lonery-w's comparison, I realized that I wanted to write about this when they aired episode 6. If it was mentioned before, sorry. When Vanitas returns vampire's name or destroys them (like the girl in the ball) he always uses his right hand to hold the book. But as long as I remember, when he rewrites the world formula (or when he protected Noé from Naenia), he always uses his left hand. I gave up on this theory when I watched ep. 6, but now that they went out to change it to match the manga, I feel like they confirmed that it has a meaning. What do you think?

What I was expecting from 2nd cour: some bad ass knife skill party with wolves from Vanitas What we get from 2nd cour: knife skill party with Noe (maybe) P.S.: I will forgive them if they do it on purpose to hide the fact that Vanitas is actually better at fighting... Btw: in ep 16, I really loved the BGM for Jean-Jacques' past and the change in the BGM when Jeanne started crying after seeing Chloé! Also, since they cut a huge content from the manga, I didn't expect to see the funny scene with Chloé and Vanitas, and they included it! I was so surprised that my parents came to check what happened with me...lol

It is perfect!!! I didn’t realize that it refers to Jeanne and Vanitas as well. I always thought just about Chloe and Jean-Jaques but now that these two chapter will be one episode…

They changed the ending scene for episode 19 on streaming platforms! It is quiet spoilerish for non-LN readers…but it’s so much better than the first version! Check it out! The first 10 min was a reflection on 1st cour, the last 10 was the introduction of goods like nendroid etc. And between them there was 3 new information about the 2nd cour: 1. New key visual for the 2nd cour (on the homepage already) 2. Jean-Jaques voice actor: Hamano Daiki (Cloe was announced as well, but they already credited her, so...) 3. Original Soundtrack release: 2022.02.23 (2 disc, including the songs from the 2nd cour as well, cover is beautiful but was too small in the screen, Mochizuki-sensei draw it) Plus information: - An after event will be held on 2022.06.05 by the main cast (Vanitas, Noe, Domi, Jeanne, Luka, Roland, Olivier, Astolfo) and there will be a ticket lottery sheet? bundled with Vol. 5. - They don't know how far will the anime go, BUT they also mentioned that Domi will appear as well and there will be Vani past scenes as well...so...I don't want to spoil but my theory could be right and they will end it with you know...:D - Dante is going to be the curing factor in 2nd cour, according to the director, since there will be many fighting and serious scene (laughing) Maybe I will edit this later...
