Raikou having almost the exact same name as Lan (Rai Koutarou VS Ran Koutarou) tickles my brain because this is the only instance in Kawauchi heroes where two characters share any part of a name and the fact that their names are soooo similar tells me that Raikou is supposed to share some trait of Lan’s but I can’t think of what that’s supposed to be since Raikou isn’t a genius, into cosplay or unhinged
