when I'm at work I eat around 1000-1100 cals and feel perfectly fine despite moving a lot, during weekends I basically just sleep and don't move but eating below 1000 feels terrible and im super hungry how is that possible

ANYWAY now its starts FOR REALSIES no more junk food and drinking (okay a little of that one day a week) i was sick for the past 3 days so couldnt do shit but starting tomorrow the wl grind will be #real

i got fat as a cow again 🙄 no discipline no nothing

back to dieting means more money to spend on clothes and trinkets 😋

i might throw up when I step on the scale but let's call that a begining of a new era 🤭

I have a full-time job now btw where I'm semi active (13k-15k steps on the daily) so it's scary

I pigged out like cwazyyy on my vacation so it's going to be dire brace yourselves
