This is his distorted Hell Form-what he would have become if he had returned to Hell after his elemental change. He no longer has fins, and most of his flesh is gone. He can't feed or hunt anymore because of the deformation of his head and jaws. He's also unable to swim, as his gills are completely useless for diving in this form.

Since Secondo was involved in changing the ghoul's element, if he ended up in this place, he would eventually come across this twisted version of Delta.

There is also a version of him as a Water Ghoul.

Dr. Ufir serves as a member of the medical staff at Babyls Demon School. He primarily works with upper-year students, as his Bloodline Magic allows him to quickly identify the cause of an illness and provide effective treatment.

He greatly dislikes Marbas March due to his constant requests to borrow small amounts of poison, though he gets along exceptionally well with Buer Blushenko.

One of Ufir's Bloodline Abilities allows him to diagnose patients through a "monocle" formed with his fingers. Because of this ability, he has been prohibited from approaching Iruma, as there is a risk that he could discover the boy's true nature. Ufir is largely content with this arrangement, since other staff members can handle Iruma's medical care. Nevertheless, the restriction itself irritates him, and he remains curious about the reason behind it.

His son, Umbra Ufir, is currently a second-year student at Babyls. Ufir is divorced from Umbra's mother due to their vastly incompatible personalities.

While Ufir can be unpleasant and difficult to deal with, he rarely resorts to open hostility or direct insults.

Rain was probably the most challenging Ghoul to design... I knew from the start that I wanted something unusual. I wanted him to stand out from the other Water Ghouls, since I didn't want to reuse species I'd already taken inspiration from. A mix of a leopard seal and a narwhal became the main concept, mostly because I wanted him to have a horn...Big horn... It was eventually sawed down after it grew too large and started getting in the way of everyday life.
