Actor AU!Snake headcanons ahoy 🐍
-Snake’s actor is the most social media savvy of the cast. He’s the fourth most followed actor from the show even though he plays a relatively minor character.
-In this AU, there was a whole season set in Greece that was in the early stages of scripting when 2020 happened. The showrunners opted to skip the arc in the end, which Snake’s actor was particularly annoyed by (due to being of partial Greek descent).
-To avoid getting blacklisted he voiced this annoyance through TikTok memes.
-Regularly reposts fanart, especially ship art, and has streamed himself reading Snake fics his followers wrote and submitted.
-He’s admitted in multiple interviews that he mostly auditioned for the show because he wanted to be in a bunch of cool sword fight scenes. Still, Snake became one of his favorite roles he’s ever played.
-He got along really well with Gardar’s actor and was the one who encouraged him to ask out Arnheid’s actor (he still brags about that).
-During the filming of the scene where Ketil beats Arnheid, the mood on set became extremely tense. When the director noticed Arnheid’s actor becoming genuinely distressed, he called for a pause in filming. While Arnheid took the time to calm herself down, Snake and Ketil’s actors both reassured her that she wasn’t ruining the scene and that the audience would hate Ketil for his actions.
