💤 We've already talked about the benefits of binging before bed- but you can be prepared to be extra hog-like before going to bed in more ways than one!
🥱Do you wake up in the middle of the night a lot? If yes, did you know that you can get extra calories in really easily?! Buy juice 🧃or let some caffeine free soda go flat 🥤, and leave it beside your bed, with a long straw.
💦Then when you wake up in the middle of the night, chug your sugar slop as hard as you can to get that belly filled! It'll effectively add extra gorging time to your life, and keeps your belly EXTRA stretched🫃, so you wake up even hungrier!
🍓Why a straw? Because tooth decay is no joke, and getting up to brush your teeth is bad for your sleep. Get the straw far back, past your teeth, drink as much as your belly can take, and then finish with some water to rinse your mouth fully.

💪To excel at anything requires dedication, commitment, and hard work! But if what you want to excel at is being a lazy, useless fat ass, how are you supposed to be disciplined and hard working about it?🐖
✨By making it as easy as possible ✨
🍪 You should be able to start gorging your fat little body without having to take a single step, wasting precious calories. To get an early head start to your day, keep piles of processed food around your bed so that you can wake up and get right to being a little fat ass!
✨Tips for making the most of this advice:✨
🛒Get a hand cart- you can load these small dollies up with goodies to save on the calories burned and muscles worked moving piles of snacks to your bedroom. It'll also save calories when you bring in groceries!
🧊 An old feedee of mine came up with this advanced tip- set up mini appliances by your bedside. Whatever suits you best- be it a mini fridge, microwave, toaster or whatever else. There should be room for one to four if you can stack them, and this can let you spend your morning gorging on diverse processed treats before moving your fat, bloated body at all
🌡️You can chug more when you wake up if it's room temperature, so if you do set up a mini fridge, leave your mindnight chugging drink outside of the fridge
🧉🍹If you slam your drink and still wake up with room in your belly, why not set up a second the next night? If you end up not drinking it, you just have something to wake up for
