The joke practically wrote itself. Choose your pokemon! (or catch them all, up to you)
they all got white hair
and they use red in their clothes.
The Holy Knights from One Piece are like a fusion of the duelists from Revolutionary Girl Utena and the Puella Magi from Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
On one hand, the Holy Knights not only wear outfits similar to the duelists in Revolutionary Girl Utena, but both the duelists and the Holy Knights represent the same thing: people trapped in a cycle of abuse, perpetuating it under the guise of fantasy (the power to revolutionize the world and the tale of the Rose Bride; the Tenryubito are gods) and they're trapped in a place that seems beautiful or welcoming (Ohtori Academy and Mary Geoise) but is actually a cage that prevents them from growing and even the creators of this cage (Akio Ohtori and Imu) not only abuse and manipulate others to keep them inside, but they themselves are also trapped within it (Akio lacks the will to leave Ohtori Academy; it is implied that Imu cannot be outside Mary Geoise for long because he will begin to deteriorate).
On the other hand, Holy Knights are like Puella Magi in that they were once ordinary people but make a contract with powerful beings (Kyubey/Imu) who strip them of their humanity, this humanity is then transformed into physical objects (Kyubey rips the souls of Puella Magi, who lose their souls, and transforms them into Soul Gems in exchange for granting the Puella Magi any wish they desire; Holy Knights receive the Depths or Abyss covenant, which grants them special abilities, and if what we saw with Summers applies to all Holy Knights, they replace their original heart with a metallic one), this allows them to be immortal to a certain extent, but if the object is destroyed, its owner dies permanently. Furthermore, Puella Magi and Holy Knights lose their autonomy (Puella Magi become witches if they succumb to their negative emotions or if they don't cleanse their Soul Gem with a Grief Seed, losing their memories and identity; Holy Knights can be controlled by Imu to the point that Imu can alter their memories or their personality).
So Princess Shuri really is a Celestial Dragon's child. But the only reason they wanted her was because of her mismatched eyes which I'm assuming is related to an ability that lets Imu take over their body.
This also explains why they didn't care about Bonney being a CDs child at all. They usually don't go look for bastards.
I'm guessing Shanks situation was different because Gaban says the Knights would go after the Roger Pirates to get Shanks. Maybe because he was a twin or maybe because Figarlad Garling specifically wanted him.
It's curious that while Bonney's biological father never looked for her, and Grow made it clear he didn't care about Shuri and only searched for her because Imu ordered him to, Garling loves Shanks and Shamrock, although in a twisted way:
β’ He literally went to God Valley with the purpose of taking his sons with him, no matter what it took, like when he murdered Magnolia (Shanks and Shamrock's mother).
β’ When the God Valley incident broke out, Garling didn't stop until he found his sons and even ordered the other Holy Knights to find them (and even the other Holy Knights were terrified of what might happen if they failed).
β’ Even though he already had Shamrock, Garling didn't stop sending Holy Knights to snatch Shanks back from the Roger Pirates, which is quite remarkable, since Garling could have been content with having Shamrock, but instead, he wanted to find Shanks as well.
β’ When Shanks went to Mary Geoise and stayed there temporarily, Garling offered Shanks give him anything he wanted and told Shanks to forget his life on the lower world because Garling believed that Shanks lived through hell in the lower world (we know Shanks had a good life but Garling believes his son suffered while living in the lower world).
Honestly, I'm more afraid of Garling because all three are bad, but Bonney's biological father and Grow are direct and honest about how little they care about their daughters, while Garling has a twisted love for his children, which makes him more unpredictable and causes him to want to control Shanks and Shamrock not only for Imu's benefit but also because Garling genuinely believes he's doing what's best for them.
that's my future pirate king!!!!!!!!!!!

Imu, You Didn't See Incredibles On Why It's Bad To Monologue
A villain as old as you should know better than to make that mistake. You were distracted and earned that well-deserved punch dud. That's all on you. Be prepared to become a meme.
And he deserves it.
And Luffy isn't one to read he just acts.
Indeed, especially if someone is hurting people Luffy considers his friends.
After reading One Piece 1186, I can't help but see Shuri/Gunko as Anthy Himemiya from Revolutionary Girl Utena: someone who hurt others, even her own loved ones, in terrible ways, but yet was simultaneously the victim of a manipulator who forced her to inflict that harm because she possessed a special ability no one else had. Literally Imu turned Shuri into his own Rose Bride.
And just as Utena eventually recognizes Anthyβs flaws but chooses to save her anyway because she loves her and Anthy doesn't deserve to keep suffering, Brook has witnessed the terrible things Shuri has done, yet he also realizes she is suffering and decides to save her.

It's curious how Akio Ohtori is a mix between Wyald and Locus from Berserk: Akio abuses and destroys others and wants to live freely without pressures, doing whatever he wants without consequences like Wyald did, but at the same time he also longs for his days as a prince, similar to how Locus longed for his days as a knight.
Honestly, if Akio Ohtori were in Berserk, he would be an apostle, since his story in Revolutionary Girl Utena is basically the origin story that an apostle would have in Berserk.

Many wonder why Soldier Boy would give Homelander the V1, and I initially wondered the same thing but then I started to analyze things and came to the following conclusions:
- Soldier Boy is immortal but he is completely alone and he is forced to watch as those with whom he can have company vanish into death and he will be alone again, this being an ouroboros serpent that will repeat itself forever for Soldier Boy and this cycle clearly destroys him from within. Everyone he knew died, and those who survived either wanted nothing to do with him (and had justifiable reasons for doing so) like the rest of Payback, Quinn and Bombsight, or simply didn't know he was alive, like Stormfront, and yet they still ended up dying; he's completely alone, and he knows this better than anyone. So it's no surprise that he wants Homelander (who is his son and therefore the only thing he has left in the world) to become immortal, because that way he wouldn't be alone. Even in previous episodes, Sage told him that whether he liked it or not, he would end up growing fond of his son because of it and even in episode 6 when he was talking to Bombsight, Soldier Boy told him that he could take away his powers and his immortality so he wouldn't be alone, which clearly shows that Soldier Boy was projecting himself onto Bombsight at that moment.
- Soldier Boy wanted to honor Liberty (Stormfront) because, from his perspective, she was the only person who hadn't told him she hated him. While I understand the complaints about Soldier Boy telling Crimson Countess she was the love of his life in season 3 and in season 5 he says that now his love was Liberty, it's important to remember that Soldier Boy didn't know Liberty had V1 and was still alive as Stormfront but he assumed she had died years ago, which is why he fell in love with Crimson Countess (and even if he had known that Liberty still alive, she would have been dead anyway) and besides, right after Soldier Boy told Crimson Countess how he felt, she told him she hated him just like the rest of Payback, and that devastated him so, obviously, he's going to cling to the memory of the only woman who, as far as he and we know, never expressed hatred for him, unlike Crimson Countess.
- Surprisingly, Soldier Boy is someone who always keeps his word which aligns with his moral code of how a man should act. We have to remember that in season 3, when he allied himself with The Boys, Soldier Boy did honor his end of the bargain; he was willing to do his part even after learning Homelander was his son. And in this season, he gave his word to take away Bombsight's powers and kept his end of the bargain. So, when he promised to give Homelander the V1, it was very obvious that Soldier Boy would keep his word.
- When they were at Fort Harmony, Soldier Boy locked Homelander in a room filled with uranium and set out to find traces of V1 to destroy it. But after his reunion with Quinn, and after causing Quinn's death due to the truths Frenchie told him, and the breakdown Soldier Boy suffered as a result, Homelander found him and had the opportunity to kill Soldier Boy to avenge his betrayal. He didn't, which confused Soldier Boy, and not only did he not kill him, but he didn't mock Soldier Boy for crying; he simply asked him if he was crying. This made Soldier Boy begin to appreciate Homelander a little more because he hadn't humiliated him or killed him in his most vulnerable moment, unlike Soldier Boy who constantly humiliated Homelander at every opportunity, because of this, he felt he had to make amends and return the favor somehow, and that's why he helped him search for V1 which again aligns with his moral code of how a man should act (if someone does you a favor you as a man must return the favor).
It would be quite curious and funny if, after injecting himself with V1, Homelander turned into a teenager or a child.
It might seem silly and pointless, but if you analyze it, it makes sense because it would reflect what Homelander is really like.
The most ordinary human, the one who seems weak, mediocre, with nothing remarkable about him, is the one Starlight refused to build a fake romantic narrative around, the one Butcher is capable of setting aside his obsession for, the one Victoria Neuman believed in and the one A-Train ultimately gave his life for. Hughie Campbell has everything Homelander has always wanted: the respect and genuine affection of others. Without being a supe, a god, or anything extraordinary. And he canβt stand it, because everything heβs tried to gain through force and fear, Hughie simply has through his humanity. Everything Homelander despises is precisely what allows Hughie to have what he most wants. And he cannot understand how all those people he believes should worship a god would instead choose a simple mortal.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought and I even wrote a post about this a while ago.
And to add to your post and mine, when it comes to Hughie, and Homelander asks him what makes him so special that Starlight and Butcher risked everything to save him, and Hughie generally manages to earn the love and loyalty of others despite being just an ordinary human with no literal powers and no political, social, or economic power, it strongly reminds me of what Mr. Ping said to Po in Kung Fu Panda:
Mr. Ping: "The secret ingredient is... nothing! There is no secret ingredient."
Mr. Ping: "To make something special, you just have to believe it's special."
Homelander believes that because he has powers, is famous, and is now the President of the United States, he is already someone special (in his words, "a god") and that everyone should automatically love him. He doesn't understand why someone ordinary like Hughie has the love and respect he wants but can't get, no matter what he does. On the other hand, Hughie earns the love and loyalty of Starlight, Butcher, and even A-Train and Victoria Neuman simply by being himself: a person who tries to maintain his humanity, learns from his mistakes, helps his loved ones, and tries to do the right thing.
Hughie doesn't need a "secret ingredient" or powers like Homelander to be special because, to others, Hughie already is special just for being himself.
Here you can clearly see that what Ryan is feeling is fear, anger, and disgust.
Ryan was afraid of what Homelander was going to do to him, he's angry with Homelander, and he's disgusted that Homelander would gently touch his face as if nothing bad were happening and clearly he doesn't want Homelander to touch him.
The saddest and most terrifying thing about all of this is that Ryan is in a similar situation to the one Becca was in when she suffered the abuse at the hands of Homelander and Ryan is even feeling the same things Becca felt during the abuse.
Many people criticize Kimiko for talking too much, calling her "uwu asiatic" and the "second Butcher," but we must not forget that she has been mute for a long time, unable to express herself freely. Now that she has the freedom to express herself, she will do so as she wants and as often as she wants.
Don't forget that one of the reasons why Kimiko loves Frenchie is precisely for the same reason that in RWBY Neo loved Roman: both guys didn't look down on the two girls for being mute, but respected their ways of expressing themselves and treated them as people; and even after Kimiko was able to speak, Frenchie still loves and respects her as he always has, and we should do the same.

Taking into account how Homelander sees the fact that Butcher has powers as a kind of devotion to him because he sees him as someone who does everything for him (without caring if it's because Butcher hates him and wants to destroy him), it would be very interesting if Butcher decided to die for the purpose of hurting Homelander.
Since Homelander is so desperate for bonds, no matter who they're with, he could come to believe he has a "bond" with Butcher but this "bond" isn't a real one either because while Homelander claims Butcher is "devoted" to him, the reality is that Homelander wants someone to love him, but Butcher doesn't love Homelander; he hates him, wants nothing to do with him, and will kill or hurt him at the first opportunity so Butcher decides to die to punish Homelander by denying him the satisfaction of having what he wants: a bond.
Imu's Line Here Gives Off This TADC Caine Vibes
Seriously, a guy crying about people tormenting them as he's the one who is treating everyone around them like shit since he's the supreme power of the world.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought this.
Caine's behavior is somewhat understandable given that he's an AI following his programming to server others, making it difficult, if not impossible, for him to empathize with real humans. I'm not excusing Caine, but we mustn't forget that he's an AI following his programming, so he doesn't hurt others on purpose; he simply doesn't understand that he's hurting them.
However, Imu is worse because he's a real person, so he's capable of empathizing with others, but he chooses not to. Imu has hurt many people (either directly or indirectly), and unlike Caine, Imu is petty, malicious and he's aware of the damage he's causing, yet chooses to continue hurting others anyway because Imu feels he deserves to hurt others.
