honestly cutting the national dex is the worst thing game freak has ever done

#on paper it sounds fine #cs theres genuinely so many pokemon now it does sound hard to implement every single one into every game #but they got so lazy with it #like. ok galar and paldea base dexes have 400 mons plus another 200-ish from dlc #thats fine #then you have legends arceus and z-a with 242 and 232 respectively #with z-a getting some 130 more from dlc #so not only does the base game have LESS pokemon than the previous legends game #it also only has around a third of the pokemon that were available in the game from over a decade prior #half with dlc #and honestly yea z-a's map isnt very big #but the wild zones still manage to feel repetitive as shit sometimes i sure it wouldnt have been taht bad to add at least 100 more #or just you know #let us go outside lumiose #like dear god this is turning into a z-a rant again i hate this game so much #actual epitome of laziness and missed opportunities

every single thing about legends z-a makes me hate this godforsaken game even more what do you mean the only reward for completing the pokedex is a fucking title

#legends arceus: completing the dex gives you a chance to encounter and catch god itself #legends z-a: i get a title i cant even use bc its for online battles only and im not paying for nso #like i spent actual hours grinding to find an umbreon bc that was the final pokemon i needed #i catch it and theres nothing #i leave hyperspace and theres nothing #i go to mable and she says nothing #all it gives me is a little 'completed' text over the amount of pokemon ive caught #god this game is so fucking lazy i need to kill game freak

ughhh held off on getting psych appointment for ages and now nearest available one is fucking september 30th i hate mswia so bad
