i see so many people hating on gia/storm but her portrayal of a younger sibling of an addict is so realistic. people saying all she does is cry but that’s literally the same thing i did!! her not saying anything about the weed? accurate. her wanting rue to know she didn’t tell their mom? accurate. as a younger sibling, it’s so fucking heartbreaking to see your older siblings hurt themselves and the ppl around them. that helplessness that you feel as a younger sibling is perfectly portrayed to me
