Who knew consistent, affordable medical care would actually make you feel better?

Thinking about where I should go with this. I love writing, and I miss writing, but I am juggling so much that I have so little time to really have both feet in tumblr rp.

Thinking about revamping and maybe dong a hybrid solo/collaborative storytelling blog that’s like mainly ficlets and prompts and maybe a few one-off rp things? IDK how that format works but would anyone read it? Maybe just have a few key partners and do a lot more of people’s ask memes? I wish I had time for more collaborative stuff but I don’t.

Romeo & Juliet - Act I Scene V

Shakespeare’s most famous tragedy gets an unfortunate “two teenagers die for a dumb cause” modern interpretation a lot, but there’s a lot more under the surface. You can argue that the real villain of Romeo & Juliet is ignorance–it leads to senseless violence, and is the antithesis of love. And while love may not be the safest choice, it is the most compassionate and noble.

When we criticize characters for “senselessly” pursuing passion, we ought to open our hearts, because vitriol does not lead to happy endings.
