it’s very lovely to hear from you. i am doing all right; as my lack of activity may suggest, life has been quite busy. there have been many new things to adjust to in the past few months.

i miss writing and posting and talking to you all. but at the same time, i think that a bit of distance has done my mental health a bit of good. hopefully, i’ll find more time to write in the future.

please do not interact with any works you see on ao3 dedicated to insulting and maligning my character. it would make me happiest if other people were not targeted because they came to my defense (and if such a thing were to happen, i hope that you will come to me for any help you may need).

thank you very much to those who already spoke against those works and called them out. i can’t thank you individually (for fear of what it would do to my mental health), but i am sincerely grateful. 

i would ask that the community as a whole continue to shun such childish and indecent behavior, which has no place in the positive environment of the fandom. please report the works if you happen across them. if not, that’s okay. don’t deliberately expose yourself to things you know will do no more than hurt you.

as for my writing: i will admit that these attacks (and several others by the same stalker) have made me struggle in many ways. big changes are happening in life right now, so i am not sure when i will return, but i will do my best.

When Mika stumbles home bleeding, there is little he can do to hide his blood deal with the noble vampire, Lord Ferid. Yuu, predictably, is furious with his lack of self-preservation; slightly less predictably, he decides that the next logical thing to do is to help Mika out. His method? Stealing supplies from the neighborhood bully.

It's no wonder, then, that the bully kidnaps Mika as revenge.

hmm, i enjoy learning about the brain and other body systems. i have also been known to enjoy math on occasion, although only with a good instructor involved. history and physics are both lovely subjects, but i have never taken a formal class on the latter.

i’ve had a very productive writing day today! here, a word count on my new fic!
