Hi, I know this might be a little early, but do you guys know anything about pre-reg for next year? Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend the con due to a few last minute emergencies, (including one of the patients at the care home I was working at becoming ill and having to be rushed to the doctor), so I was hoping they'd still open up pre-reg to those of us who bought badges and didn't get to go? Do you think that will still be possible?
Until we are told differently, I believe you will be eligible for pre-reg if you purchased 2016 tix -- even if you didn’t actually get to attend! -- as long as you didn’t return them and get a refund.I’m sorry you missed out on this year! Hope 2017 works out for you :)
I don't 100% agree with everything this says, but I agree with enough of it that I think it is worth sharing! I liked that the lines to the panels were (for the most part) very decent... but the line management this year was the worst I have ever seen! Holy cow!!
As of 15 mins ago there were still seats in Hall H
I've been informed they are still handing out wristbands for first panel of Hall H

Last day!!
Everyone savor your final day at the Con!! It's amazing how quickly time flies, eh?
I heard that for this year it is dif and that if you want to get into the signings you need go into the hallH line and stay there bc they let the people in under the hallH line tents first? For the wb booth do I get in w the GE line or the hallH line?
gosh, just saw this. hope w you didn't line up for Hall H as that takes you directly into Hall H and not the convention center in generalÂ
Just announced: Benedict Cumberbatch will be at the Sherlock panel tomorrow!
Expect longer lines than originally anticipated!
FYI: tonight there is a huge party at the Hard Rock. All the big stars at SDCC attend it. Could be a good place to spot your faves!
SDCC Tip: Annie's soft pretzels in the convention center are amazing.

Unfortunately the line for WB autographs has grown so long that it now goes outside, and they don't have enough security to keep people from cutting in off the street. Very frustrating.
The Saturday Hall H line is already big
And long.
i went to some anime screenings today expecting to see new episodes but there was hardly anyone in the room except a dude playing random episodes in the back of the room. super sad:( are all the anime showings like this? i was hoping for exclusive new episodes.
I feel like if they were going to be new episodes they would advertise it as such, but to be honest I have never been to an anime screening, so I'm not sure :( sorry it wasn't fun.
Do you know if there will be Dr Strange signing or is it going to be just a panel on Saturday? I keep checking SDCC site but can't even find the participants or guests of the panel.. Help please and thank you very much in advance!
Ask at the Marvel booth today if you can. They don't usually announce the movie signings ahead of time for some reason. I feel pretty sure there will be a GOTG signing, and there might be a Doctor Strange one as well... but I am not positive!
Also be aware that Marvel signings are DIFFICULT to get.Â
Some of the Hasbro people were saying that the weekends are a free for all for exclusives; in this case, what time should I arrive if I want a shot at everything? The exclusives ran out extremely quickly today. :(
Oh yeah, people camp out over night for those exclusives! Depending on the popularity of the exclusive, you're looking at lining up the night before or the very wee hours of the morning.

how do you get invited to the private parties that have celebs?
For the most part, win a contest or have industry connections.
Not entirely sure but with the wristband isn't your entire party allowed to leave and then come back before like 7:30am and have a spot even if you don't have a person in line?
Alas, this is not true. If no one is holding your spot, you have to go to the end of the wristband line, or to the end of the entire line. (There have been differing reports.)
Comic-Con officially posted on their blog that, if you return before 7:30AM, you have to go to the back of the wristbanded line
However, once you have your wristband, only one person has to be in line to hold your spot. Note: Having a wristband does not guarantee entry to the first panel of the day.)
