Scrapnpaintn's Art Stuff

My first picture made with adobe illustrator.

Jumped into an art challenge last week. The challenge was to draw something from a children's book. I drew from the story of 'The Little Bunny who wanted Red Wings'. Done in fresco.

A picture of the beach I made with chalk pastel on sanded paper.  For the longest time I simply used textured paper and couldn’t figure out how pastel artists were able to build their layers up.  I guess, like watercolor, pastel is one of those mediums where the paper is just as  important.
