My meals for today! I made the amazing smoothie bowl after having an intense leg day at the gym, with the @vivolife Acai & Blueberry protein, thanks to the amazing recipe by @simnettnutrition! Then for dinner i made me and @gokusagicosplay some stir fried veggies with quinoa and honey bbq baked tofu! So this is probably some of the best protein i have ever tried by @vivolife! I tried it in the smoothie-bowl recipe i got from @simnettnutrition's ebook, and it is so freaking amazing! Definitely check them both out if you want some amazing protein, or some amazing recipes/workouts/inspiration to go vegan! Also! The pullup bar at our local @planetfitness has a weight assist and i used it to try and get used to the form for muscle ups! So pumped! Just ordered my MCU Iron Spider suit designed by @brandonogilberto from @therpcstudio! I've never had a suit printed and sewn by them but ive heard they do an absolutely incredible job! And I'm so happy i was finally able to purchase these suits from Brandon! He does an absolutely incredible job and he got that back spider perfect!
