I've been working on designing a new monster girl! This time I wanted to make a mermaid! She isnt quite there yet but I included some of the initial design sketches for her if you guys wanted to see them! I made this painting with #gouache in my #youtube video last week if you want to see the process! I might go with her name being Sirena. (Still undecided) but its a mix between the word siren and a nod to the name Serena from sailor moon since I based her final hair off of Luna the cats human form. One of my favorite youtubers @nerdburgercazz went through a terrible experience recently where she almost lost her channel! Being a small creator as well I couldnt imagine losing something you have poured your soul into. I know it's not much but I drew this picture of her as soon as I heard.
