New nightmare pattern unlocked: my friends and family hating me and leaving me alone and it’s kinda justified

#last night I had another dream like this #this is very new and very uncomfortable #I know I can be insufferable #I know I have bad sides that are not healthy #so I feel like it’s justified that they turn away from me #also in my dreams I have been acting shitty and that’s what scares me the most #what if I am a narcissistic bitch #I kind of think I have some of the traits and it’s scaring me #there were scenes in my dreams where I was walking past several friend groups and they were secretly hating on me and being annoyed #of my off putting behaviour and I couldn’t blame them #same with the friend I left on the train station in my dream on Monday bc I had avoided her #is this a sign to text back people? but I do text back the people I want in my regular life ?#so this can’t be it?#or is it that both of my close contact friends haven’t been in close contact with me lately?#I don’t want to wreck the friendships I had for years and the ones I’m currently forming #I already lost a really close friend because of my complicated and maybe too entitled feelings #everything is weird
