people with ocd:

- i heard people say that dogs and cats are good at judging people so if a dog or cat doesnt like me first meeting ill start to think about whether or not im a bad person and start to think back if back then any other animals has been doing the same to me

- whenever i look at children, i get afraid that i might start doing something i regret and i start to fear and get deep anxiety cause what if those thoughts mesns i secretly have an attraction to children (obviously not but it was ocd thinking)

- whenever i heard of a new disease, i start to carefully pay attention to my body and if they exhibit even a single symptoms of that disease ill worry about it for the rest of the day and googling symptoms to make sure i dont have it

- whenever i feel irritated with someone i cared about, i start to worry if this means i hate them indefinitely and try to look for sign that i still like them as a person

- the reverse is also true, if i think i had annoyed someone or wronged someone i started to look for sign to see if we’re still friends and had the very strong urge to apologize over and over again

- if i drink a pill and its not helping, i start wondering if theres something wrong with me and that whether or not im dying cause it works for everyone so why not me

- have an incredible fear of waking up one day and get a call out post and start mentally reviewing all my memories to see if i had done something wrong to someone without knowing

- feel incredibly disgusted whenever i get nsfw thoughts cause that means im nothing but a whore who wants that and i wont be fixed despite it being normal human urges

- i feel bad if i dont spend a lot of effort in my gift cause what if people thought i dont like them or if they think i dont want to put effort into their gift and what if i secretly dont like this person and i didnt know ??
