Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, baby. I miss you like crazy. I can’t wait for you to come home. I wish we were ringing in 2017 together.

I got you a little Christmas present. Well I got you more than this but this is the only one I can give you while you are deployed. I got my nipples pierced. Don’t know if that is something you’d be into or not, but I’m hoping so. I wanted to get them done with you with me, but this way we don’t have to wait for them to heal. You can play with them as soon as you are home. I put a picture in here (your present). Hope you like it.

I hope everything is okay as it can be over there. I’m so fucking proud of you it’s not even funny. Everyone at school knows about my sexy brave boyfriend and they are all jealous. I love you, I love you, I love you.

L: "We haven't done anything traditionally. We'll be okay baby. I promise."

I can’t help it but apologize. You definitely don’t need to though. You are doing what you love and saving people and fighting for our country. I’m proud of you always. Honestly? No, I’m not. But it’s just how things go.

In other news... finals are coming up. Next week. I’m not too worried about them but still. It’s the end of the semester. And then the holidays. I’m probably not going to go back to Tree Hill but I don’t really know where I will go. I don’t necessarily want to stay here, it’s like the arctic, but it’s what I will most likely end up doing, staying in Boston.

I hope you are continuing to see bright lights in the sea of darkness over there. That you continue to meet people like the woman you met at the start. I think of you often. You are always in my dreams. Every night.

L: "I don't have to say that. And yeah. Sawyer I'm more than okay. Surprised definitely. But more than okay. I've always wanted a family with you."

I went to the doctor. Turns out I’m not pregnant. Sorry I caused all of that commotion for nothing.

L: "Shush. You'll look perfect."

L: "You didn't freak me out and no matter what, I'm with you 100%. I love you and I'm gonna be there for you." He promised her.

L: "I miss you too sweetheart." He said into the phone. "One of my buddies let me have one of his calling cards. After I got your letter...I knew another letter wouldn't do it justice." He whispered softly. "Sawyer, I love you and this doesn't change anything with us. Yeah it's gonna be a bitch with me across the globe but you'll have me through it all."

L: After not hearing her voice for so long, even her simple hello almost brought him to tears. "Sawyer, it's me. It's Logan."
