The You Is Some Song ;)

It started as just Moritz and Ilse’s way to hang out whenever Melchior and Wendla were busy, but soon it became a weekly occurrence. Hanschen once offhandedly mentioned that he took Ernst trhrifting on the weekends, and Ilse enthusiastically offered to bring him along whenever she went with Moritz.

Now they have a little club!

Melchior: WOAH NO THANKS! No, no that’s ok, I’m good! Kind of morbid actually, yikes!

YES, Ernst has recorded a video of what he could hear from outside the bathroom.

and YES, the little bastard DOES use it to blackmail Hänschen into doing chores around their shared apartment.

(and YES, Hänschen knew he was going to end up doing the chores anyway.

He’s not scared of Ernst’s threat of showing all their friends the video because quite frankly:

1) being threatened by Ernst is like being threatened by a fluffy teddy bear

He’s made a campaign with The Core Six (Melchior, Moritz, Hänschen, Ernst, himself, and Otto). It’s chaotic at best.

Otto says it’s because they’re the most innocent looking ones, and no one ever suspects the nice guys.

The whole Stiefel family is Jewish, actually!

While Moritz isn’t by any means a religious fanatic, he loves the traditions and cultural aspects this part of his family adds!

He always invites Melchior over for his parents’ annual Hannukah party (as years go on this invite extends to Wendla, Ilse, Martha, Hans And Ernst! Otto And Georg also get invited but often times they get stuck at the Zirschnitz Hannukah Get Together instead)!

It’s been 3 years and Ernst keeps the whale at his bedside.
