Visi knows that well enough even without the memories of her human brain. The screaming is uncalled for. She isn't even trying to take his body parts.

The throbbing sensation in her head is unpleasant. Readjusting it helps, though. It's still a perfect fit.

Once her head is back in a comfortable position on her neck, she takes notice of the stranger in the room. They are not a child of flesh, but those limbs don't look like they'll be of much use to her right now.
