Thanks, had an X-ray the other day and the tear in my lung has decreased from 2cm to half a cm. so I'm slowly on the mend, however I've now got a lung infection so on antibiotics too! Big up for the posi vibes 🤙🏻

Just tired a lot, exhausted. Hurts when I breathe still and I'm just short for breath all the time. It's more annoying that I've just been sat on this sofa since trying to recover from it all. Only so much Netflix a guy can deal with 😓

I literally ran like 2 minutes for a bus last night and it ruptured. I could barely breath and I've been adamant I was having a heart attack until I went doctors earlier and got taken into hospital.I'm all good at the moment though, just got to rest up and try not to strain it and make it any worse, otherwise they have to bleed the air that's leaked out of my lung if it worsens! 😓Thanks thoooo!
