Random headcanon: she's not insecure, but she's also not immune to the pressure of societal beauty standards and is tan from living in the country, so she's got internalized colorism. I think Maki also tans easily especially since she spends a lot of time outside and it made Nobara care less about it.

Unpopular opinion: She's not weak, Gege just mishandled her.

Favorite thing about them: Her compassion even to people society has deemed beyond saving or unworthy of empathy and understanding.

Least favorite thing about them: How she (along with Iida) was phased out of being Deku's main friend group yet they still tried to push the long interest angle as if they weren't actively distancing them.
