Gen Z (and I'm speaking as a part member of it myself) inherited all of the worst traits of each Generation that came before them:

Boomer - Anti-Intellectualism and Moral OCD

Gen X - Lack of Self Awareness

Millennial - Egocentrism (but they at least counterbalance it with an actual spirit to improve the world for the better away from Boomers and Gen X)

Instead, what we got is a group of people that recreating Satanic Panic but without religion to back it up, stirring Moral Panic on feelings alone without knowledge about stuff they are talking about, and in general undoing years of progressive change Millennials fight so much to implement, and in worse scenarios actively distorts the The Good aspects and ideas of generations that came before them.

I paid 90 bucks for it. She cut my skin during it, and she wanted to blame it on warts. I Don't Get Warts. I know what I felt.

I just know if I found a old 80 winters on the neck hairdresser with trembling hands, showing first symptoms of alzheimer and they would do me the best hair job I ever had.

Meanwhile those new ones can't advice what cosmetic products to use.

There shouldn't be a job shortage. I could work a garbage truck, I could clean trashcans, I could night guard, I could take care of elderly person. But most jobs listing are still production line stand jobs that still don't hire. Let's not lie to ourself, like you don't just searching for a employee that would be a glorified sorting machine with sapience. What more do you need in that job than working functioning hands and basic motor skills.
