"Awww, she probably is. Poor baby girl needs peace and quiet… maybe you should ask the boys to stop being so loud when they’re at your place. Or, I don’t know, have them take off their shoes."

"It's not like I can just ask Nate and Lee to be quiet and the shoe thing would be a terrible idea in my house."

"Really? Why, is she scared?" Tambry lifted the cat in front of her, smiling brightly as she cooed, "What’s there to be scared of, baby? Is it because mean old Nate and Lee are super loud and like to stomp around the floor?"
