I recently had the honour of spending the day with the Twinings team. This was one of my favourites, a golden heart rose made from Yunnan black tea from the oldest tea producing region in China. I was surprised to learn that tea was traditionally compressed rather than being used in the loose format like we know today. This heart has been compressed using a Traditional Chinese technique called Tuocha. Tasted wonderful too! @twiningsteauk
