I led a Young Writers workshop with Tasmanian Aboriginal students and their teachers in Geeveston yesterday. I had planned a writing session outside; on Country but it rained. We sought refuge. We wrote in the sanctuary and the stillness of the living library. We filled that space with youth hopes for the future; passion and dreams. Each participant was gifted the gift that you cannot see.
