Challenge: I want you to break the rules. Eat ice cream for breakfast, cereal for dinner, lie upside down on your couch, wear nice clothes at home, wear Pjs outside of the house. Over share, tell someone you’re broke. Put your bed in the living room or your tv in your bedroom. Brush your teeth in the shower. The possibilities are endless. Do whatever it takes to realize that so many things we do, we do because we feel we need to. Unspoken rules dictate our lives. These rules don’t matter. We don’t have to live our lives based off of expectations that we think strangers have of us. Start small, do something rebellious yet silly and let the realization fill you that we don’t need to follow these rules.
