She only was alone, scared and deeply in pain for everything that she has been through and all of this, that "armour shield" and moving aways was her only way to repress herself and escape her deep grief and pain..💔
Her pain is so deep, complex and hurting..she has been through a lot of grief and the way she portrays all of this on another level, she accomplish to make it us feel it so we really know who she is and we really understand how much she suffered through all of her life..
Ella always achieves to make us feel how Sue feels, and there are a lot of feelings, she feels a lot..her love but also all the pain she has been through ant it's going through..and she always put that into her expressions to make this and all the meaning for Sue, I always feel it in my bones. Ella truly knows how to make us feel Sue's feelings! She deserves all the recognition in the world for playing one of the most complex characters ever written based on the life of a real person. FIRST OF ALL SUE, my girl became a woman, it's so strange going back to s1 and see how much she changed, she went from this repressed mourning traumatized girl to a woman who embrace who she is what she wants and is not afraid to express her feelings and if in s2 she had this mask of influencer: this armour shield and moving away of what she loves, of Emily for the fear to lost her too was her only way to scape all of her pain and trauma..and as Ella said now she's being honest even in the darkest moments, and when I look back at s2 I quote Henry: "things will have to get worse before they get better" it's what happens to Sue after 2 seasons of having repressed her feelings and not processing her traumas she touch the rock bottom to then climbing and becoming honest with herself, honest with her needs, with her relationships, and as Ella and Adrian said it's so satisfying to see Sue finally in peace and all grown as a woman! The brave strong woman that she has became! Finally! She being happy is what she truly deserves!💘✨ I honestly think Sue is the character that grown the most from the 3 seasons, I mean everyone grown in their way but you can see a clear growth in her and it's what she deserves, and I really can't wait to see Ella's performance I know it'll be delightful as always. 👑💫
