My heart starts beating faster until it feels irregular. My eyes well up and my core tenses tighter, tighter. I know whats happening as this familiar feeling happens everyday. I am bound to this green bed made of soft. I sink further, further, tighter, tighter. Wetness drips out of my greens and I try to hide so no one has to look at me. I curl so no one has to see my mass. I dissapear so I can only hope people will forget me. I open my eyes on the bed of green. Still here. I breathe in. Still here.

I used to blame other people for the problems and troubles I had. I have...or that "they" caused me. It seems like the reason that caused these problems happened in another life, centuries ago that happened to some girl I heard about in the Mental News, and for some reason shes affecting me. But in fact it wasn't centuries, only years and it happened to me. I have changed so much as a human being and yet have managed to carry progressively developing stronger more fatal panic attacks then I've ever experienced before, anger and sadness unlike any other for reasons I thought I'd become so detached from. I'm starting to think I'm not cut out for it here. Here meaning this place, your house, America, Canada, Europe, I want to walk, leaving my posessions and my money grab my loved ones hand and never look back. We'd find a place, on a map, in a country that's name is of no relevance to me and live until we die, stress free.

Amazon Fungi Help Create Clouds, Rain

If scientists are correct in their research, the Amazon rain forest might have just been the Amazon forest if not for mushrooms and other fungi.

The research, undertaken in an Amazon region with “pristine” air—a location where no human pollutants are detectable—has shown that it’s the fungi which contribute most to a feedback loop of wet weather. Microscopic, potassium-rich particles released by spore-launching fungi drift up into the atmosphere above the forest, “seeding” the sky for rain by providing a surface the water can condense on. This, in turn, supports the fungi and other plants down on the ground.

Do you know why some suicides get national attention while others are just another death? I'm actually really curious because a girl in our school district committed suicide and in got national attention, while a neighboring school district had one of their students commit suicide and it seemed like nobody cared about it.

This is a really interesting question, so this is the input i have...I defiantly don't think its because people didn't care about it, although i understand why it might seem that way. A lot of the time i think it has to do with the circumstances such as how and where this person committed suicide and not so much the person themselves. If it was on a busy street, or in a public place more likely then not its going to get a little bit more news coverage. I think another large factorit also has do with the friends and families of the victim not wanting it to be talked about on a national or even local basis and then the others who are reaching out to make it a wider known problem.

I hope this helped a little, but you could also google it yourself or even bring it up in school since its been such a problem within your district I'm sure they're versed in how to answer students questions.
