Why do they order flowers in the sanctuary ?
âItâs the only thing I can think of⌠I donât think theyâd need them for gifts?â
[ sanctuaryflower ] âHello? Is anyone down here?!â
kidnapped/imprisoned starter sentences
ââŚIs someone there?â
He thought that whoever it was that was down here with him was quite clumsy. He briefly thought that he was more likely to be captured again if this person were to be his savior. Hades tried not to groan and roll his eyes at the thought, that would be a nightmare to him. He wanted to be free, he was not meant to be captured like this, he was far too divine!
ââŚThat is fine. I guess.â
Nonetheless, if this person did provide him a chance to escape, then Hades would not insult his savior too badly (though the temptation was great). He opened his mouth. to speak and as always, his words were cold. âPerhaps you should be more aware of your surroundings. Youâre so loud.â Her âscreechâ managed to cause him to wince, actually.
ââŚThat is besides the point. My hands and feet are tied up and I need for you to undo it quickly. Are you capable of doing this favor for me?â He hated working alongside humans (as he assumed this one was) but it was best to use what he could than complain about it at the moment.
The strangerâs cautioning to be more quiet, pointing out how sheâd been too loud, made the girl lower her head, fidgeting around in even greater embarrassement. Somehow, the thought that there might be anything dangerous down here hadnât even crossed her mind until the man indicated such a thing. And even less did she think of the fact, that maybe the person in front of her was actually the greatest possible danger around.
   âOh- yes, let me seeâŚ!â
As silently as she could, Agasha stepped closer before carefully reaching out again. Brushing the tips of her fingers against the stone wall, she blindly searched for his ties, until finally she found what she had looked for.
The knots were tighty, a strange tingling sensation spreading through her fingers whenever she touched the ties, yet not thinking much of it, the girl continued to undo them. And, after a few moments of struggling, she had at least gotten the manâs hands free. That was a start, no?
âSo, uhm... what is your name?â
The brunette asked in a quiet voice, doing her best not to be too noisywhile she knelt down to undo the ties on his ankles - yet, the silence was almost unbearable to her, making her nervous and uncomfortable. And, his name was important to know, no?
Usually she wouldnât wear a mask because she didnât believe that women should hide their feminine features, but Maeko would take up wearing one just to hide her soft and timid looks from the public outside of Sanctuary. What seemed so rare for her was common in the eyes of other saints and regular people who lived within this small village. Maeko didnât live in Greece though, but currently in China. She was only here to stop by Sanctuary as she does.
She was just leaving the Popeâs chamber; it was quite dark but the Vulpecula bronze saint could see the light at the entrance. She could also sense someone nearby, right outside of the chamber. Was it an enemy? No, they would be way stronger than this. Who was trying to trepass? Maeko began to feel nervous; she may have to fight, but just then, she caught a young girl poking her head through. Her yelp caused her to jump in surprise.
âSneaking around..? I..wasnât going to expect you were.â She would hide her own timidity by trying not to stutter. âCan I ask what your business is?â She asked politely.
For a moment, the brunette remained in startled silence, staring at the saint for a few moments, before slowly lowering her hands. She didnât think that Agasha was sneaking around...? That was... surprising. Even if she hadnât actually been doing exactly that, the florist had still thought that it would be the first thought someone would have, if they would spot her.
âU-uhm... I was here to deliver flowers to the pope, and then...â
And then what? âThen I tried to peek inside despite knowing I shouldnâtâ? Now she could hardly say that. Awkwardly, the young woman stood there, lightly waving her hands around as she almost desperately tried to think of an excuse that didnât sound completely ridiculous.

He watched her body language with half lidded eyes. The Saint could tell she was worried and thankfully she didnât lie about it either.
There was something amiss. A war, a holy war, was coming and they had to deal with it with the intention of victory on their side. Who knows what could happen and how many casualties would be dealt. Even Manigoldo wouldnât set his own hopes up that heâd surviveâthough he was planning on not dying until a particular mission had succeeded.Â
Manigoldo was soon taken by surprise at the look of sincerity in the flower girlâs eyes. Violet eyes widened as lips made a surprised curve. And then he couldnât help but grin softly at her words of encouragement.
âYouâre somethingâŚâ He chuckled softly as he murmured. He scratched his cheek, âOf course weâll stop it! We donât have any other choice now do we? Like weâll let anything bad happen to our world.â
Upon seeing his grin, followed by a quiet chuckle after words she couldnât quite catch, Agasha relaxed slightly, expression softening again. Of course this didnât mean, that all bad things had just magically disappeared, yet still - the sight of the smiling Gold Saint reassured her.
When Manigoldo spoke, it was the girlâs turn to smile at him, nodding in agreement. Even if many others did not believe in what he said, Agasha did. Aside from rumors, she didnât know anything about the enemies, yet there was no way that they could be as strong as Sanctuaryâs saints. And much less Athena!
âMh! And we will help you.â
To the florist, there was no doubt about that; no matter how sceptical some people were of Sanctuaryâs ability to protect them, the young woman knew her townsmen well. If there really was a war, they would do their utmost to support the goddess and her saints.
âWe canât fight, and donât know any magic either... but if itâs anything else we can do to help, then we definitely will!â
Delivering flowers to the Pope? The Gemini Saint would have found that idea laughable if it were not true. Even he was baffled as to why the Patriarch would order such things every week. Perhaps it was for the deceased.Â
âI see,â the Gemini Saint hummed softly. He is not going to question the girl any more seeing her behavior. This little girl surely had no reason to lie. Upon her question, the Helleneâs fingers traced the dry blood. He gave the girl a cold, distant stare. âNot gravely. You donât need to concern yourself with a small scratch,â he responded with a serious countenance however he was feeling very tired from the dayâs work. âMore so, I believe we have the same destination. The Papal chambers, correct? Would you mind if I escort you?â
When she met his rather cold eyes, Agasha quickly averted her own, instead looking down at the flowers she was carrying. Had her question been rude? Since she had met Albafica, the girl knew that sometimes people had different reasons for their actions, than it would seem at first glance... yet she still couldnât help but immediately feel like she had done something wrong. After all, what if she had?
His question startled her however, the girl not having expect the Saint to offer such a thing. Especially not since she thought that he considered her presence as bothersome - had she been too quickly to judge again? Somehow the florist girl couldnât help but to wonder, if all Gold Saints were this difficult to understand.
âAh- no, It would be my honour!â
Once she realised, that she had only been staring at him in silence for a few seconds, Agasha quickly replied, apparently having been lost in thoughts for a moment.
Aspros was on his way to return to the papal chambers to give his report. His cape was slightly tattered and his face held traces of dried blood, however nothing too serious. He had no interest in interacting with the townsfolk. They were not any of his business. His attention was caught by a voice. the Hellene stopped and turned to the sound. His expression was nonchalant when he saw the girl.
âIndeed I am. Children are not allowed in Sanctuary if they are not candidates of Sainthood, however. Where is your destination?âÂ
While approaching him, the girl naturally took notice of the state his attire and he himself were in, not having noticed either from afar. However, what was most shocking to the girl, was the colour of his armor. She had thought its golden shine was an illusion created by the sunlight, yet upon coming closer, the florist saw that it actually was golden; one of the twelve Gold Saints!
To think she had called out so nonchalantly to him! The thought made the girl wish she could rewind time and undo what had been done, but seeing how she sadly couldnât, she stepped in front of him in a mixture of bafflement and embarrassement.
âA-Ah, uhm... I am delivering flowers to the Pope! They are ordered from us every week.â
Her voice was much more timid than before, Agasha fidgeting around with the bouquet in her hands as she explained the reason for her visit to the sanctuary. However, as sheepish as she was, the florist couldnât help her curiousity once again, returning her green eyes to the faint traces of blood on his face.
  âAre you hurt, sir...?â
dollmaker-elle
Agasha had been on her way to the marketplace, intending to get some fresh fish for todayâs meal, when she noticed a young woman walking through the alleys.
While it wasnât uncommon for strangers to pass through here on their way to the sanctuary, the florist couldnât help but to feel as though something was off with this person... but maybe that was because of their horribly lost expression. Deciding that offering some help wouldnât hurt, Agasha changed directions and approached the stranger, taking notice how tall the other woman was in comparison to her.
âIâm sorry, are you looking for something?â
timid-vulpecula
Nervously the brunette hid behind one of the large stone pillars, her heart pounding in her chest as she pressed her small body against its smooth surface. Agasha wasnât trying to do anything harmful - she had delivered her flowers, as usually, yet this time her curiousity had gotten the better of her, urging the florist to try and take at least a peek inside the mysterious building known as the âPopeâs Chamberâ.   Slowly and carefully she inched closer to the entrance, holding her breath as she peeked around the corner, only to find herself face-to-face with a masked saint standing right on the other side. With a yelp, Agasha jumped back, immediately raising her hands in a submissive gesture, face flushing with panicked embarrassement.
    âI-I wasnât sneaking around, I promise!!â

Onlookers didnât bother the Saint. Instead he soaked up the attention shamelessly without any thought of what these folk may be thinking in their private minds.Â
He was just so blissful, thinking of his little victory and staring down the girl still with an unbearably heavy smirk. He wondered if it irritated her. If she could feel it and get irritated. He hoped so. He really did.
And Manigoldoâs smirk died a little from disappointment. He had hoped Agasha would have been flustered still, but his violet orbs quickly followed her outstretched hand. âSo thatâs where he usually hides away at?â He scoffed to himself, feeling a little amused.
However, his attention was brought back towards Agasha when she spoke again. His eyes widened slightly at her worried expression, having not expected that. Manigoldoâs surprise faded, his expression went lethargic as eyes dropped and apathetic.Â
Rubbing the back of his head, he grinned small, âScared that something is?â
The change in the otherâs expression only increased her worry, eyebrows knitting together slightly as she continued to look up at him. Manigoldo was grinning, yet unlike before it was a weak smile, his eyes not meeting hers when he spoke. So, something really was happening...?
Agasha was quiet for a moment, fingers unconciously smootheing out her dress as her own gaze dropped as well, before she replied in a voice that was quieter than before.
  âA bit, yes...â
There was no reason to lie, especially since heâd probably be able to see right through her. She was scared by the thought of a potential war like the rumors had been telling, like anyone else was too. Only a fool wouldnât be, and while the brunette was naive at time, she certainly wasnât that dewy-eyed.
However, she knew that they werenât alone, and when the young woman looked back up at the saint, her expression was strangely serious, eyes filled with determination and sincerity.
âBut I trust in you and Athena-sama! If there is something bad, then you can definitely stop it!â
catxnoirâ
    âUhm...â
Although it probably was rude, Agasha couldnât help but to stare at the stranger before her eyes, his attire being anything than inconspicuous after all - not to mention the fact, that he was standing on top of a roof.
Werenât they worried about falling down? The house wasnât too tall, yet the brunette was sure that it would still be quite the painful experience.
âI donât think you should do that...!â

âLetâs see how fast you can run.â
âThatâs a lot of hair.â
âWho are you, and how did you find me?â
âWhat if itâs not everything I dreamed it would be?â
âI am a despicable human being.â
âLetâs just assume for the moment that everyone in here doesnât like me.â
âDid I ever tell you Iâve got a thing for brunettes?â
âI donât know why, but overall it just smells like the color brown.â
âYou canât tell anyone about this, okay? It could ruin my whole reputation.â
âWhy would you ask such a ridiculous question?â
âI want a castle.â
âMother knows best.â
âYou should know that this is the strangest thing Iâve ever done.â
âIâm just teasing, youâre adorable.â
âI have made the decision to trust you.â
âStay calm. It can probably smell fear.â
âThatâs the funny thing about birthdays, theyâre kind of an annual thing.â
âThis is kind of an off-day for me, this doesnât normally happen.â
âYou know, I canât help but notice you seem a little at war with yourself here.â
âYou know how I hate the mumblingâŚâ
âLetâs turn around and get you home.â
âGreat. Now IâM the bad guy.â
âYou know how I feel about the mumbling.â
âI have a big surprise!â
âIâm just very interested in your hair and the magical qualities that it possesses.â
âThe world is dark and selfish and cruel.â
âEverything I did was to protect YOU.â
The girlâs beckoning to follow only made the Saint more smug. She didnât retaliate or anything to his tease! Manigoldo only felt he got the best of her. And her mumbling and noises along with the flustering only delighted him further.
What a fun girl to toy with!
âThank you!â He sang lowly. Manigoldo started to follow her, his eyes baring at the back of her head tauntingly. His grin wide and smirking, hoping that sheâd turn around to look and get even more agitated. But alas, she was smart to not turn. What a shame! He wanted to see her fluster in anger some more!
She could feel his stare on the back of her head, yet acting like she didnât notice, the girl kept walking through the winding streets of Rodrio, her pace slightly faster than normally. Occasionally, when she encountered people she knew, Agasha would get confused looks. After all, it was quite the odd scene; a tiny young girl, flustered a bright red, leading a Gold Saint through the alleys - the latter being a rare sight by its own already.
She couldnât see his face (and gods knew she didnât want to), yet the flowergirl was absolutely positive that Manigoldo was grinning smugly, probably being awefully pleased about having won their battle of words. The brunette definitely would get back at him, somehow. Gold Saint or not.
Finally they reached the borders of the small town, Agasha stopping just outside the city gate. By now her face had (hopefully) regained its original colour again, and so she turned around to look at the man again. One hand outstretched, she pointed to a small hill just outside town, where the Pisces Saint often could be found - at least from her experience.
âAlbafica-sama should be just there, below the olive trees.â
Only now it occured to the florist, that the reason why Manigoldo was looking for the other saint might be of unsettling nature, and when she met the warriorâs eyes, her expression was worried.
   âIs... something bad happening?â

[ sanctuaryflower ] âHello? Is anyone down here?!â
kidnapped/imprisoned starter sentences
ââŚIs someone there?â
So there really was someone after all! The girl hadnât been sure, but after stumbling around in the dark for a while, she had heard some faint noises, making her call out. It still was hard to see anything down here, yet judging by the voice, the other person appeared to be male.
Agasha had no idea how she had ended up down here, but at least she wasnât alone - that was already a reassuring thought. Together they could surely get out of here, no?
âWhere are you? I will try to come over...!â
While she spoke, the brunette was already making her way into the general direction, from which she thought the voice had come from. Hands outstretched in the dark she crossed the space step by insecure step, until suddenly her fingertips brushed against something else than stone - something living.
   âHyeeh!â
A rather strange sound, somewhere between a yelp and a screetch left her lips at the sudden contact, making her jump back in surprise, before realising that the âthingâ before her was probably the man that had spoken before. Luckily it was too dark as though he could have seen her embarrassed face, now flushed a bright shade of red, judging by the warmth of her cheeks.
    âS-sorry...!â
"Child, please; letâs stop playing pretend, you can play that with other small children. You have to respect your elders, didnât your mother and father teach you?" Hades said, "Your Saints wonât even have half the strength to defeat me." He was amused for a moment, slightly. However, Agasha was starting to get on his nerves when she finished her second sentence. "Go off and bother play with someone else.â He even did a âshoo-ingâ motion with his hands.
The way he spoke only assured the girl in her fear about his strenght. He wasnât angered by her words, nor did he seem worried - in fact, the idea of the saints showing up here appeared to be or absolutely no interest to him.
Agasha didnât know much about his entire war - most villagers didnât. Yet, she had heard rumors. Terrifying rumors... this man, he couldnât possibly be...?
When Hades moved his hands, the girl flinched, expecting an attack of some sort. After all, she had seen how Minos could bring great damage with only small movements - who said, this person couldnât do the same? However, nothing happened, the ravenhaired instead turning away, seemingly wanting to leave.
Of course Agasha knew, that she wouldnât be able to do anything; she wasnât a fighter and didnât have any great abilities like the saints did. And yet, she couldnât simply stand by and let someone dangerous leave without at least trying to stop him, and so her body acted before she even had the time to reconsider. Dashing at him, the brunette stepped in front of the god (a fact which was, still, unknown to her), spreading her arms to block his way.
  âNo!â
