Pirelli Tyre Building, New Haven, USA. Designed by Marcel Breuer, completed in 1970.
"I photographed this building in order to contribute to the SOS Brutalism project, a database of brutalist buildings seeking to save the concrete landmarks around the world and protect them from demolition. Despite the sunshine, I managed to catch a clear view of the moon. The pictured Pirelli Tyre building partially demolished by Ikea but according to the latest news, it’s likely to be saved and possibly converted to a hotel." – Pat Krupa on Unsplash
