I'm hanging out with my friend @salemsstudy while we discuss the topic of dark content in media! Come hang out with us (and be mindful of the trigger warnings)— we've put together some questions that people asked on a previous post and are excited to continue on from the stream we did last month.

Subjects we may discuss on this stream may include but are not limited to: blood, gore, torture, cannibalism, mental health, suicide, self-harm, abuse, death, rape, incest, and substance abuse.

Please keep this in mind during the stream and do not hesitate to step away if you need. Your health and wellbeing is priority!

For those of you who had watched the last stream I did with my friend @salemsstudy, we mentioned wanting to make that sort of stream (more akin to a podcast or 'just chatting' about topics we're passionate about) something that we do regularly— so we're doing that!

So right now I have that stream scheduled for next week @ 6pm CST, and if you click the link it will show what it is in your local time!

Unlike last stream however, we want to try and be able to answer questions with a bit more organization since, as some of you noticed, we (specifically me I am the yapper LOL) can get off-topic somewhat easily. So going forward, I want to put out a post to mention the overall topic we'll be covering and offer the ability for us to take questions in advance so we can have them ready to answer when we're streaming!

So, like the first stream, this next one will be a continuation of the topic 'Dark Content in Fictional Media', such as how it relates to us, impacts us, and our thoughts on culture and how that kind of content is seen and experienced in both traditional publishing and fandom spaces alike.
