(Copied from my twitter) Sorry to announce it right after I opened comms. My dream of living off art is over. After several years I decided to get a "regular" job instead. Thank you to anyone who commissioned me thus far, I love all of you 💙 I probably will be opening my comms in the future but not as often and not as many slots. Maybe now I'll (hopefully) have more drive to do personal art and fanart. It will probably be tough to get used to at first but in a way I'm excited to see how things go. Why I decided to abandon this line of work? It's gotten harder to fill my slots recently. I can't pretend anymore that economy isn't going to shit due to AI bubble bursting. I noticed people struggle more and more with basic necessities so I can't expect them to spend extra money on art. I'm not a popular artist by any stretch of imagination so commissions became a much more unstable way of making money recently. Anyway, I don't wanna get sappy, it's not the end of the world. I'm just hopeful I won't struggle at my new place of work ✌️
