things to do to help prevent binging and distract from hunger ^__^

drink herbal tea or a diet drink
study or do homework
do a chore or clean your room
go to the gym
take a long walk, with a friend or by yourself
go on tumblr or ed twt
listen to music and journal what you will do once you are at your ugw
meditate
light some candles or incense
sleep or take a nap
play a video game
watch youtube, or binge a netflix series (i like to watch supersize vs superskinny when i am fasting)
look at thinspo, meanspo, or sweetspo
do a workout, specifically a longer one (30+ mins)
go to a coffee shop, or public place, only bring $5, buy a coffee or drink, and watch others eat. observe, how they chew, etc.

take your measurements/weigh yourself, unless that makes you spiral into binges ofc <3
drink lots and lots of water, maybe add some lemon or 0 cal flavoring
browse clothes online that you will buy once you reach your ugw
brush your teeth, and do skincare, we all need it and itâs a great distraction
do a spa day: light some candles, fill a hot bath, wash your hair, do a facemask, do it all. youâll feel better
make a playlist with all your fav songs
look at gross foods or people eating rotten/gross food
