The Bay of Naples, is a roughly 15-kilometer-wide (9.3 mi) coastline along the Tyrrhenian Sea, which entirely faces the Metropolitan City of Naples (region of Campania, Italy).

The photograph captured the ship in its first year of service after its official commissioning (which took place on February 14, 1930).
