This one is so easy, I'm reading this and all that's coming to me is Sparky boy, Denki Kaminari.

He might seem short on thoughts, he but definitely shares the same interests as you. As long as he's with you he could stay at a mall and watch you try on the latest trends for hours, just to see your beautiful smile, despite him getting taunted by his friends, he is somewhat feminine by nature, so he can enjoy the little things with you such as skin care routines, or watching tutorials if you were to ask him too.

With your sleeping schedule, and stress with your busy job- Shouta is perfect for you. When you get home early in the mornings, or are stressed about the shift ahead of you, he's awake and ready with tea, snacks, and plenty of affection. He's the type to grab coffee and go, but you, he makes SURE you're adequately being fed and taken care of.

On other days when you're feeling more on the side of brain dead, he's more than happy to watch videos with you, or just quietly cuddle you until you're ready to do something.
