I made this account to vent about my problems with myself, I'll talk about my body issues, dysphoria, EDs, self harm and other triggering subjects, so if that's a sensitive subject for you, please block me

just to keep everyone else at peace

to spare everyone else's feelings

to keep everything bottled up inside

but who takes care of my feelings?

who apologizes when they hurt me?

who analizes my face looking for signs of hurt?

and remembers the things that make me sad

the things that make me insecure

and how to comfort me

when everything is just too much to handle

when words are to unkind

when my own brain is too unkind

when the people i try to make happy, hurt me

only me

it's always been this way

it's always been enough

just holding myself gently

saying the kind words i say to everyone

but noone cares enough to say to me

the longer the time passes

the less my own comfort works

the more painful it gets to hug myself

so tightly that my arms turn red and bruise

petting my hair turns into pulling it

drying my tears turns into scratching my face

quiet crying turns into sobbing turns into screaming

but no one can hear it

because i still bite my lips shut
