Hello hello
It’s been four days that I eat less than 1000 cal and I move a lot during the day
Maybe seems like nothing for a lot of you
But for me, who been eating what ever I what and eating when I’m hungry for the last months that’s very an achievement
I feel kinda empty and I looooove it, I miss this sensation so much
I even got dizzy one time!!! Sad to say but damn it felt nice
