A flush coats your cheeks, the heat filling your skin and sinking down into the pit of your stomach, flushing lower and curling around your toes as you gawk at the sight of a frilly pink thong in Sukuna’s hands. The delicate lace detailed garment held gently in between his thick fingers as he dangled them near your heated face. Taking pleasure in your embarrassed expression. A smug grin curled his lips as he flashes his sharp pearly canines, dimpling his cheeks and lightly creasing the tattoos along his cheek bones.  A strangled whine seemed to escape your chest as you swatted the garment away. “Dude!” you squawked with embarrassment as you turned back towards the rack of undergarments. “I’m not wearing a thong, idiot.” you whispered, lips pursing into a pout as you heard the crisp sound of your lover's laugh.  

God, you hated him sometimes.  

“Honestly.” You bit your lip as you turned to him. Heart beating fiercely in your chest as you witnessed him return the strip of fabric to the rack a few steps away, “That wouldn’t fit me.” you reasoned before quickly avoiding his gaze, unable to meet his piercing sanguine eyes. Somehow you knew his smile would widen and his eyes would narrow with amusement at your deflection.

  “So, there’s a chance?” Sukuna all but purred in your ear, his warm minty breath kissing the flesh of your ear. He had gotten so close, you hadn’t even heard his steps, too engrossed in avoiding his gaze and the “leering” gazes of passersby. Your breath hitched as you paused. Lashes flutter bashfully as words evade you. Your hands paused in their search for suitable garments as the image of plump flesh cradled in thin straps of fabric filled your mind. The very thought sent an inkling of unease into your gut as you peeked at your lover. His expression was soft and inquisitive.

Fuck he was serious, wasn’t he? 

“No,” You huffed before feeling a sigh climb up your throat, “Sukuna... I just want to look around,okay.” A pout curled your lips as you shook your head.  Wispy strands of hair curling against your forehead. “Without you trying to be funny.”

Ruddy pink lashes bounced once then twice before a petulant expression twisted Sukuna’s features, his brows creasing and his commissures twitched with displeasure. A groan escaped his pouty lips as he leered down at you. His hand landing on the small of your back,thick firm fingers sinking into the plump flesh beneath your hoodie, eliciting a small gasp from your throat. “I wasn’t being funny,” He grumbled with displeasure as he pulled you into his side. “I just thought you could dress up for me every once in a while.” He muttered as he loomed beside you soaking in the warmth of your presence. “Ya know, get out of your comfort zone a bit.” He reasoned softly as he ducked his head down, lips grazing the side of your face.

“Mhn..?" The noise erupts from your throat as you tilt your head towards him. His words fill your chest as anxiety wraps around your heart. A sigh left your nostrils as your bottom lip retreated between your teeth.

The soft flesh rolled between your incisors, a tang of iron coated your tongue until you were pulled out of your worried thoughts by Sukuna’s hand squeezing your side, gripping the plump flesh gently.

“Let’s make a deal, m’kay?” A smile curls his lips as his nose nudges your temple. His lips slotted against the flesh of your cheek,nipping playfully.

Licking your bottom lip, you turn to him,swiping away the tang of iron on the tip of your tongue. Putting a step of distance between each other.

Your head bowed as you stared at the beaten sneakers decorating your feet watching idly as Sukuna’s polished Visvim boots hovered closer.

The black boots were neat, militaristic, pretty, just like your lover; the shiny leather only seemed to solidify how different you both were.You were from different worlds. Sukuna was everything you’ll never be. 

A sharp sting erupted on your brow line as your head reeled back, anger filling your gut as you snarled at being flicked like a toddler. “The hell was that for!” You hissed as vile venom seeped from your tongue before it was stamped out by a single affectionate gaze softening Sukuna’s chiseled features into a boyish grin. “There is my sweet,” The soft coo of your name caressed your ears as your annoyance faded with the pain “You’re so much prettier when you aren’t ruminating.” He teased gently as he reached up. Warm fingers curling around your temple, gathering the loose hairs and tucking them neatly aside. Heat that had once been anger swam around your nerves dancing beneath your skin as Sukuna’s words sunk into your chest, sweet thick syrup coagulating in your lungs. Breath hitching as you nodded shyly, unable to stomach your once deprecating thoughts as you were steered back towards a separate aisle by Sukuna’s gentle touch.

The racks of clothing and other patrons faded into the background as Sukuna’s warm presence filled your mind. His presence soothing your soul as his arm remained firmly around your wide figure, Not once holding you at a distance or sneering with disgust or shame at being seen with a partner that was inferior to an Adonis of a man like Sukuna. The warmth of acceptance swaddled you protectively in a bubble of security. 

“I love you.”

A smile curled your lips as you wrapped your arm securely around Sukuna’s waist pressing against his muscular side as a blossom of confidence budded between the cracks of your bruised heart. So enraptured by the man that stole your heart, blinded by the warm love he showed without fear or hesitancy that you missed the bundle of fabric stored away in his back pocket. The same thong he had taunted you with hidden away to be purchased in secret while you were distracted later. The devilish man knew you’d look lovely in the soft lace. Sukuna knew that you’d forgive him for going behind your back, after all, you were his muse, soft and sweet in every way and he adored every inch and curve and he’d mold you into the confident beauty he knew you were. So much for making a deal, no matter, he’d show you how much he adored your differences soon enough.
