Toured ancient city of Ephesus today! Wow! These ancient cities built of marble must have been stunning. This one was obviously steeped in pagan worship. The temple of Artemis was full of pagan symbolism. See article “Where True Worship and Paganism Clashed”. (w04 12/15 pp 26-29). First meal in Turkey did NOT disappoint! The cheeses and olives are terrific. Store owner let us try them before buying and used a translator on his phone to help us converse. Super nice guy!
