Sometimes being the person that everyone needs is so suffocating that I have to lock myself away in my feels for a while to recharge.

It's at work. It's at home.

I've got migraines for the first time in my life from a new volun-told responsibility at work with next to no training and even less support. This has also led to about 15 styes this year alone and the pressure knocks me out and I just lie in the middle of the floor with a heat pack on my face.

Having my work life bleed into my home life with this pandemic has really hurt my mental health. I have no where that's just mine to reset anymore.

Just had to rant on a place where people can't remind me that "Isn't it great to know people need you this much"

So, I read a lot of BTS imagines/drabbles/ etc and one recently was SO triggering for me. I feel bad because it wasn't even a trigger worthy one either! The title stopped me in my tracks because of the one and only semi relationship ship I was in (guy refused to date me til I lost at least 30 pounds but wouldn't let me go either) where the guy humiliated me in a specific situation and I can't get it out of my head 😭 Thought I had buried that real deep.
