So I don't really have a whole lot of time or motivation for spooky art this season 😢 BUT that doesn't mean I don't have a few spooks stored up in the ol' archives, hee hee 👻 - So boys and ghouls, I give you all... NIGHTMARE TAK 😱💀 - Since there wasn't a Nightmare version of Tak in the 'Halloween Spectacular of Spooky Doom' episode, since Dib didn't know who Tak was yet, I thought I'd take a crack at designing one 🎃 The aspects of Tak's design that I really wanted to exaggerate to a horrific degree were her stitched lips (which if you could see, go all the way around the back of her head) and her bionic parts (tho I think I could have gone a lot harder in that department), and also I tried to make her design look more pointy/edgy overall. It's the amazing, the astonishing, the, third adjective-ing... PIG GIRL!!! 🐷✨ - So this an idea someone on the Invader ZIM Amino suggested to me awhile ago... Actually it wasn't *just* me; there was this person who was just OBSESSED with Pig Girl, Gaz's fictional (yes, I know what I just said) media persona from the episode 'Gaz, Taster of Pork,' and was going around asking every artist on there if they could draw her. It actually became sort of an unofficial community challenge for a time, and I thought it was a cute idea, but after doing the initial drawing I just kinda forgot about it for awhile. - What made me dig it out and finish it finally? I dunno. Why does my cat hate it when I sneeze? Just a couple pin boards I made recently 😊 I *was* putting my pin collection on these hexagon tiles, and they were working out nicely, but a certain store *coughtargetcough* stopped carrying them, and now the only ones I can find are always at least times the price 🙄 So I figured making my own boards would be something fun to try, and also I can customize them however I want which is always a plus 👍 They're also really easy to make, an even bigger plus 😉 - This is the first one I made, and it ended up being just perfect for my chibi Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss gold pin collection (I finally completed the whole set 😭 at least till Vivzie and crew introduce some more characters 😩) + a few misc pins. The other one turned out really nice, I think. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the frame is really more of a shimmery black. FINALLY!! I've been dying to unveil this one forever holy fuuuu - This was my entry for this year's Invader ZIM Summer Telephone Game, hosted by the wonderful @zimeatzwafflez ✨ and @bunogiorI was part of Team Zib, as you can see 😁 - I thought of just going with my usual IZ-heavy art style, but after finding myself in the company of so many disgustingly talented artists, I really wanted to prove to myself that I belonged there, so I decided to bring out muh big guns and try for something a little more... Different? Impressive?
