Respect is earned not given away. You took jokes I’ve said very personally, then you called me a huge bitch and told me to fuck off, and took it personally when I did. I’m not sure what exactly you want from me here. I mean, you can’t have it both ways Ryan, you can’t say “you’re a huge bitch, Copeland" and then turn around and expect me to be nice. I tried to talk to you, you got upset when I told you to keep a conversation going you have to be an active participant in it. 

I believe that you got rude with me after I didn't give you a long reply of favorite artists, I apologize I didn't answer a question throughly. I didn't tell you to fuck off so make sure things before you say it. Everytime we talk you start some bullshit drama over nothing. There is a difference between joking around and being flat out rude.

  I think, honestly, Ryan, you’re mistaking my humor and bluntness for being a bitch, when in all reality I’m really trying to keep a conversation going with you, and it’s extremely difficult when I ask you your interests and I get an answer like “all types" and I ask “oh yeah, like what?" and you jump down my throat for copping an attitude that you’ve manifested in your mind. If I wanted to be a bitch I would have replied with “Well I’m done here." or “I’ve had more fun watching paint dry." 

RIGHT. Okay I am going to be the ASSHOLE now. Leave me alone if you can't keep a normal conversation going with me that is friendly. Now go make me a sandwhich.

"Oh my gosh, really?" she asked perking up, “Who are your favorite artists?" It was as if things couldn’t get any better when he expressed his love for music, especially with it being such a big part of her life. “Yeah, well you’ve still got time to decide. You’re still young and beautiful," she said with a laugh before taking a bite of her salad, “Isn’t it? Plus, I know the owner, so I could probably get us like free dessert or something." After finishing their burgers, Kenzie took a quick sip of her drink before deciding she’d had enough. “I’m actually really full, so I’m gonna have to raincheck on dessert, but do you want any?" The girl was so excited to be returning to the carnival and the last thing she wanted was to be feeling queasy on the ferris wheel, “Just be careful. I can’t have you getting sick on the rides." 

"I can't exactly pick a favorite artist, I love all kinds, so it is pretty difficult." It was hard for him to decided who was his favorite when it came to music because it just depended on his mood on what he listened to. Ryan was full from what he had already ate, so he wasn't big on having more shoved into his stomach. "No I am fine. After finishing that I am stuffed enough." he was excited to get back to the carnival anyhow. Ryan grabbed his wallet and paid for the bill and tipped the waitress. He walked outside with Kenzie back to the carnival where they were originally.

"Oh, I understand what you mean," she said before averting her eyes to her hands. Kenzie wasn’t offended by the boy’s honesty, but she couldn’t help but blame herself for the way everything happened. Perhaps, she was sending off to strong of signals. “Yeah, isn’t it? My goal is to DJ full time though so I can quit working at Urban Outfitters and focus on music permanently." Mackenzie had quite a magnetic touch behind a turntable, and she definitely had the charisma to get a party going."What!? Me!?" Kenzie shrieked with a laugh, “I’m tiny. I’d get beaten up. I’d probably call the cops from a distance though or throw a rock and run away." Kenzie nodded her head attentively as he explained to her why he bartended. “Oh, I see. So, what are your plans for the long term, then? Do you want to like own your own bar or just kind of float around for a bit?" Kenzie was quite interested in picking his brain. She really wanted to know more about him. 

"Sounds amazing! I live off music. It is just great, party music, rap, R&B hiphop, just all music I find lovely." he said in awe. Ryan was glad she found music in the same way as he did. That was something they both had in common. Ryan took a bite of his sandwhich before answering her questions. "You know what... I never took the time to think about what I really wanted to do now that I got away from army stuff. I find bartending fun at times, but I doubt when I am 50 I will want to be doing the same thing." Ryan thought a little while before taking another bite. "This stuff really is to die for! It's delicious!"

I listen to it occasionally, but it isn't my favorite genre.

  Offers always on the table, sir. Uhm, depends on what following you’re into. In the metal scene they’re very popular, In Flames - Whoracle. Beautiful though.

  "What do you mean by that?" she asked a little curious to see what he was thinking. “Oh, I work at Urban Outfitters, but I also DJ at a few clubs in Brooklyn on the weekends." Kenzie ran her fingers through her hair before bringing her hands back to her lap as she listened to him. “Well, that’s no fun. You gotta get out and explore, you know? Don’t be afraid of getting lost sometimes…unless you end up in like a really bad neighborhood or something, then be afraid." It wasn’t long before the waitress returned with their food and Mackenzie thanked her before she left the table again. “So, is bar tending like, your passion or do you have an unrealistic career goal like me? " 

"I was just meaning I probably could have waited instead of just going at it. If that makes any sense to you." he said wondering whether or not she was offended. "What a nice combination of jobs!" he said laughing at how those two came up to be what she likes to do. Ryan Alexander was shocked when she announced being a DJ on weekends, she didn't come off to be much of a DJ. He thought to himself that he would need to go out and see her DJ one weekend. Hearing Kenzie speak about the exploring made him feel like he wasted time where he could have been out there having a good adventure. "That's a lot of walking too, so if I am walking and get caught in a bad neighborhood I will call you so that you can fight off anyone being a threat," acting as if he was a little frightened. He moved a few items out of the way so the waitress could set their food down on the table. Steam was rushing up off the plate, so he knew everything was very fresh and hot. Ryan also thanked the young lady. He quickly ate a fry while listening to Mackenzie ask about him bartending. "Actually I just chose to be a bartender randomly. I needed a job and applied, got the call back and now here I am working as a bartender. Since I got out of the military I didn't want a huge job that takes too much work, or a career that deals with going to college." he tried explaining to her, not sure if he made his point clearly or not.

You should try listening to Same Love, his songs are usually really meaningful. Uh.. yeah I am fine just a man listening to music eh.
