"He's lucky to have you by his side," she says with a smile. It's admirable to see. The passion as well as the duty of a protector. It's a nice feeling feeling feel at ease knowing that there's someone brought here with as much conviction as Rapi.

It's a little off putting to receive rather than give, Rika has to admit. But considering her scarf had fallen into a canal in the Archimedes ward, well -- she wasn't in much a position to decline the generosity.

"Hardly," she says regarding the knight's question. She smiles though and waves her hand, "and nothing. You really were shivering out here." The weather on the island was all unpredictable.

The moon is quiet. He wondered at first, if the old bird isn't answering to him just because it doesn't want to. Wouldn't be the first time. But he's not so sure now. Seems like whatever moon this is that hangs in the sky, it's out of Khonshu's domain.

A man deep in thought. Honestly, he'd fit in well with the theme she was going for with the moon shining so brightly above them.

"It sounds like it." One would've thought someone, or even the ones who brought them all here could prevent that from happening. But maybe Rapi had a little bit of wishful thinking there was any form of structure here. Instead every passing second confirmed her beliefs more that it was just a wild west of a city. A real playground for every freak out there.

Boy, did she know about the kinds of people who ran headfirst into danger? She just so happens to be one of those people no matter how much she'd like to think she was otherwise.

Dropping a starter call right here too since corvus needs to meet more people.

The offer did sound nice and Rapi wasn't about to burn a bridge right when she was still new. If people could make use of her talents even somewhat then she was willing to put that foot forward. Even without the Commander here or any sign of raptures it was clear that this place still needed all the help it could get.

"Of course." People from their worlds did have a habit of showing up one way or another. "I will keep my eyes out for anyone that is from your world, too." it did help that she had Rapi's name which in turn automatically her contact.

"Is that so? Interesting..."

"I'm sure it's the same thing as cats and Tigers being in the same family, no?" Pouring the hot chocolate that she had assisted in making, corvus slides the cup to the lady.

It all seemed like a lot of work for such a small group. Given how many people Rapi saw upon entering the city she could only imagine that number across the months, hell even years. Someone had to do it for sure, but how much help could you really expect from people you didn't even know.

"Rapi, if you are interested, we would love to have you as part of our team." It wasn't all about firepower at the end of the day after all. "Your powers will return to you and we have options."

Veoc pauses in his knitting to look up, surprised. "A yarn spaceship...I wonder how it'd fly." After all, yarn was supposed to be flammable.

"They would just be for decorations. Though this place had many endless possibilities. Maybe there's a possibility of it flying," corvus says amused.

"I heard from others around here that your the one helping others out." Not that Rapi was asking anyone specifically. But words seemed to spread quickly about those assisting the "worst-off" in the city. Even if she doubted the time here would be would permanent, the Nikke felt the need to at least touch base.

"That's right. We help those who are confused and lost upon arriving first," she states, "as well as when issues are going on around the city."
