Crash Bandicoot 2: N.Sane Trilogy - Ripper Roo:

"First boss in this game and it's a returning one. Ripper Roo is back and easier than before, not gonna lie. In the previous game, I've struggled with the platforming, specially because Crash kept slipping and falling into the water. In this one, is all about finding the perfect spot for you to avoid getting hit and attack after."

As he spotted a masked thief only moments ago, and was quick to give chase. Being a bit of a mad thrill seeker he wanted to have fun, maybe the thief would be a good one to test his TNT on.

With that he looked at the entrance and practically darted inside and stopped a few feet from the door to look around. It was clear the place hadn't been open for a while but it was certainly spacious and not left abandoned because it wasn't filled with cobwebs.

Red eyes seemed to stare directly at the fuzzy creature in front of him. Omega had never seen anything like this… thing before. He wondered whether he was hallucinating again. It happened from time to time, but if this was a figment of his imagination, it was a really stupid one.

The creature looked like something directly out of a child’s cartoon. Goofy eyes, blue fur… Omega was actually concerned for what little sanity he had left if he was seeing… this.

He reached up to rub his eyes, and found that the chains were gone from his wrists. The restraints were still there, but the chains were gone. Further inspection revealed that he was not in his cell at all, but somewhere else. Sure, he still had his restraints on… but he was free. 

HE WAS FREE!

A small giggle sounded from his throat, turning into a more maniacal and crazy laugh.

“Ah! How interesting it is to be free! Finally… Finally X and Zero have no hold on me!”

Hearing that maniacal laughter made his eyes widen and his ears twitch because it reminded him of himself. It was lucky that for now anyway, he wasn't having an episode. No doubt two who act out like this would have a field day together.

Hearing the giggling and laughter he tried to remain calm as he sat back up. Roo had never heard the names X and Zero, but whoever they were it sounded like they were meant to keep this one in check. "Might I ask, what you think you're doing here?"

He just stood there, contemplating the hopping animal. Okay, it didn't smell like anything supernatural, just an unknown animal with unusual fur color.

The blue marsupial shifted his feet, while his eyes looked around wildly it looked almost like he couldn't sit entirely still and was in quite a hyperactive mood. Despite this, Roo looked him over curiously, since he'd never seen anyone like him before and it made his mind wander.

Alright. This creature was DEFINITELY foreign. Blue fur aside, it was nothing he had even seen.

And while on one side he wanted to know more, on the other hand, he was slightly wary about the mischievous, insane look and laughter he had.

He grinned wildly, his tongue dangling from his mouth as he took a closer look at the other. It was hard to say what he might do as he could be very unpredictable.

“Crash? Is that you, I’ve never heard you speak before what is going on?” He taken so much by surprise, the orange bandicoot’s question went over his head momentarily. Though he wasn’t expecting the bandicoot to be unaware of him, seeming just as surprised by him. “You seem, rather surprised. Don’t you remember me, Crash?”

Although he noticed something different about him, subtle differences that he didn’t remember being present with the orange marsupial the last time he saw him, other than the obvious of course being him fully speaking. From his fur not being as bright as he remembered, and a few other small things that had the kangaroo trying to think of an explanation.

“Crash es my ‘ame, buddy but…ah always been able to speak.” The marsupial bandicoot pointed out as he frowned even more. “Not at all, mate. Ah’d remember a kangaroo like ya but ah 'ever met a kangaroo in my life 'efore.” He started tapping his foot out of worry and concern, becoming a bit anxious in the process.

He had a feeling about other dimensions and now this felt like the biggest proof he could've gotten firsthand. "I seem to have gotten here through strange circumstances, so perhaps I was. I certainly don't recognize any of my surroundings."

Crash Bandicoot 2 - Ripper Roo:

"First boss in the game and it's a returning one. Mister Ripper Roo is here for a round 2, and this time he ain't messing around. This boss fight can be challenging if you don't pay attention to his pattern."

Unfortunately for Lognei, he was in the middle of having an episode and so the currently insane kangaroo was peeking through the bushes with his long tongue hanging out of his mouth.

The blue kangaroo jumped out from the bushes and landed not too far from where Lognei was resting, and placed a TNT beneath his feet and perched on the edge. "Hehehehehahaha, want to play with me~?" Roo smirked wildly as he spoke, and starred at the visitor while his head twitched a bit.

Then it later turns out that the wrong time since he’s having great scent could pick up anything around places, and now he’s smelling strange people on this island, “Uh oh, it’s the random story coming up, and I can smell ‘em.” Knowing the routine, he just finishes his drink and tosses it back in his bag.

Roo smirked, hearing that the visitor considered his TNT a gift which he was taking as him wanting to play along with him. "Hehehehaha, yes, a veeeery nice surprise~!" It even looked like he was thinking about taking it and knocking but decided not to.

"Treasure to me! Come on why don't you give it a little knock!" He asked as he slid his foot over the top of the crate and leaned forward to make closer eye contact with the other. "It won't bite, just blow up!" With that he slammed his foot a few times on the top of it causing it to count down.

It was short, but he made no effort to move and it blasted him high into the sky and back down landing in an awkward position with his legs outstretched but didn't free his restrained arms, as he looked up at the visitor while still laying on the ground. "Fun~!"

In this little game, it’s the guessing game of what kind of presents they store in boxes, especially if it’s their special gift they ask for, so Lognei takes a good look at this wooden (yet explosive) container cube with an excitement grin all over his face and says, “Then you are a lucky guy! Why I couldn’t think of what it is that I would like to read it.” He looks closely at this “mysterious” box with his lower lip up and says, "Hmm, T…N…T… Ah! It’s likely sayin’ it’s the nourishing thing! Did I say lucky guy? Oh, I mean a very lucky roo guy with excitement in his eyes.”

He would say that if his sight weren’t so close to that roo’s swirling eyes, moved his head back to few inches in awkward silence before deciding to talk more so it would be more awkward, “Ah, wish I could, but ya see, this is yer own mystery box and I, Lognei, wouldn’t dream of ruinin’ yer special day for I’m more of curious visitor who likes to see every secret around areas to areas.” Of course, the predictable way that kangaroo did is to jump on the explosive box, counting it down, “Sooo curious that I prefer standing away to not ruin the moment.” He hums away this blast wave before it finally detonated itself with kangaroo flies up.

“Well that cares of-” Following where this insane fellow lands on the ground, admitting to himself that it’s perfect yet awkward land, as he figures that this person’s used to it. This is going to be harder than it previously looked. “And what do you know? You have figured out that it’s the fireworks! Whew, I’m sure glad I’d stay clear of this; I'd very much needed to see it anyway. Wouldn’t they know it? He pulls out his smoke pipe to begin smoking his own thing.

The blue mutant waved his legs back and forth as he continued laying flat on his back, moving so he could still see Lognei but because he was still on the ground and the angle he was in he could see him upside down from his perspective. "Oooh a new game? What kind of game? Is it filled with explosive fun~?"

Ripper Roo. The terror of the skies.

Been fucking around a lot in Crash Team Rumble lately and have been having a lot of fun in particular with this guy after I was told about something with how he interacts with Ika Ika.

{💣}—; Throughout the jungle, the sound of crazed laughter could be heard as a certain blue kangaroo hopped through the dense vines and trees.

He was very loud and hyperactive, wanting to lay down TNT if he found a good place for them because the thrill seeking yet insane kangaroo was looking for entertainment and fun, at least his idea of it.

Noises that a certain serpentine someone had been awoken to and came to check

"What?!?"

Roo was a rather strange one, dressed in a suit and bowtie, but his arms were restrained against his chest because the outfit he wore functioned like a straitjacket. His behavior certainly contrasted against his would be fancy appearance.

The mutant kangaroo began to advance, trying to get closer to get a look at the stranger he heard. "Oooh, are you some kind of funny snake?! You must be very fun! Are you craaazy enough to play with me snakey!?"
